Thanks to all of you who sent me birthday wishes! I had a wonderful birthday! My husband and I went out ALL BY OURSELVES, which is truly a rare occurrence in our house! Grandma Weiss offered to watch all five of the kids for an overnighter. That was a first for her and a first for Zeke, who has never had an overnighter before! Thanks again to everyone!
The only other news I wanted to mention today was the shocking death of the Rev. Jerry Falwell yesterday afternoon. No matter what your take is on the reverend, we can all agree that he had a huge impact on politics and the moral standard in this country. He was a man of God who will be forever remembered in the body of Christ. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and those at Liberty University in Virginia today.
