What a tranquil, beautiful, spring-like day today! What a difference a week makes; it was only last week that we were experiencing terrible storms over most of the country.
If the old adage is true, March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb, or vice versa. From the looks of things, March 2007 came in like the fiercest of lions! I am looking forward to a peaceful March... and having it leave as gently as a little lamb. Of course, then we will have the April showers that bring May flowers!

Above is the hail storm from a week ago Wednesday. As soon as I saw the hail I ran and grabbed my camera. It was dark out, but you can see how the hail piled up fairly quickly. This was taken from my front door.
This image was taken out the back door right before we had to leave for church. The tarp was supposed to be covering our wood pile (it blew off in the strong winds)... but it's easy to see the hail.
